Linked Documents collects only the information required for subscription registration, such as a user's name and email address.

Information collected
AV Apps collects subscription registration information needed to identify and manage a Linked Documents subscription, such as name and email address.
Documents and workbook content
Documents loaded through Linked Documents, workbook content, and any other information used inside the application are not collected or stored by AV Apps.
Application communication
Linked Documents is a static page embedded in Excel. The application does not communicate with any server except to check subscription status and trial period.
Data retention
AV Apps retains subscription registration information only as needed to manage subscription status and trial period checks. Documents, workbook content, and other application data are not stored by AV Apps.
Terms of use
Linked Documents is provided to support document-linked work inside Excel. Users are responsible for using the product with documents and workbooks they are authorized to access.
